With just 7 years in Bollywood, Rajkummar Rao has already earned himself a name in the list of the most talented and versatile ‘actors’ of the film industry. Despite of his unconventional looks and guy-next-door personality, he has managed to stand out in a sea of actors. He has proved his mettle as a seasoned actor with each of his projects.

Rajkummar recently released his look from his upcoming film Raabta (in which he has a cameo) on twitter and suddenly the entire focus of the film shifted from Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon to him. The 32-year-old is reportedly playing a 324-year-old man in the reincarnation drama and looks ridiculously unrecognizable in the pictures that have gone viral on internet. The actor underwent five to six hours of prosthetic every day to look convincing on screen. While people are going gaga over his transformation here’s a look at six other films of the actor where he was/will be seen in a completely different avatar.

The picture that’s going viral

An Islamic terrorist in Omerta

In Hansal Mehta’s next film, Omerta, Raj will be playing the role of Omar Sheikh, a British youth of Pakistani ancestry, who gets radicalized by Islamic jehadists and later goes on to become a cold-hearted terrorist.

A eunuch in Ami Sairabanu

Ami Sairabanu, which was supposed to mark Raj’s debut in Bengali cinema, never got released but the actor admits that playing a eunuch was a big decision, that too in a film which wasn’t in his mother tongue.

A geeky clerk in Newton

Newton is a black-comedy with political undertones about a clerk who is placed on election duty in a conflict-ridden area of Chhattisgarh.

Lord Shiva in Behen Hogi Teri

Rao will be seen in Lord Shiva’s avatar in some parts of his forthcoming film Behen Hogi Teri, which is said to be a romantic comedy.

An escaped prisoner in Hamari Adhuri Kahani

Raj donned multiple looks in Mohit Suri’s film Hamari Adhuri Kahani as he played multiple aged characters in the Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi starrer.

A starved man in Trapped

The actor had to appear weak for a certain portion of his film Trapped and so he underwent a rigorous diet of black coffee and two carrots a day for about 20-22 days in order to look real for his character.

Wattan actor! Someone give him a National Award, already!
